Invest Impact Summit 2027 is a strategic platform bringing together universities, higher education institutions, investors, corporate leaders, philanthropists and education innovators to explore new opportunities for institutional development and measurable social impact.

Organised by FOEII Foundation (Federation of Education in India) in association with Younush Rana Consulting, the summit will introduce the University Development Impact Fund (UDIF), alongside discussions on institutional transformation, impact investment, CSR, research, incubation and skill development.

The summit will also host Vishwa Guru Sammelan II, creating a platform for universities to demonstrate their progress in implementing NEP 2020, improving academic standards and developing future-ready educational ecosystems.

The University Development Impact Fund (UDIF) is a proposed institutional development and impact-finance initiative conceptualised under the leadership of Prof. Younush Rana.

UDIF seeks to create a collaborative ecosystem connecting universities and higher education institutions with institutional development expertise, CSR organisations, philanthropists, social investors and strategic partners.

The initiative aims to help participating institutions assess development needs, demonstrate measurable educational and social impact, strengthen funding readiness and explore sustainable growth opportunities.

It is a proposed institutional development programme designed to support participating institutions in assessing their development priorities, documenting educational and social impact, and exploring relevant partnership and funding-readiness opportunities.

Universities, eligible higher education institutions, educational foundations and other relevant institutions may submit an Expression of Interest. Admission is subject to the membership criteria and review process.

The proposed institutional membership fee is ₹5,00,000. The applicable taxes, membership duration, payment terms and included deliverables will be specified in the formal proposal and agreement.

No. Membership does not guarantee funding, grants, investment, Social Stock Exchange registration or any financial return. Funding opportunities depend on institutional eligibility, applicable regulations and independent decisions by potential funders.

No. UDIF membership is an initiative-level membership designation and should not be interpreted as statutory accreditation, regulatory certification or SEBI approval.

The applicability of Social Stock Exchange registration depends on the institution’s legal structure, eligibility and the financing route being considered. Not every university or educational institution will necessarily be eligible or required to register.

Institutions may submit a membership application, register for the summit, or contact the organising team regarding participation and collaboration opportunities.
